This B&B is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but only a few minutes stroll to the village, park and hills.
Killin is a small, tranquil village in the heart of Highland Perthshire. It is surrounded by mountains & glens, rivers & lochs. Gateway to the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, Killin is famous for the Falls of Dochart, Loch Tay and Ben Lawers.
We offer a varied Scottish Breakfast. We have one double and one twin with central heating, a tea/coffee maker private bathroom.

Ideal touring base, with walking, climbing, cycling, fishing,sailing, golfing, tennis, touring and sightseeing all nearby.
