Princes Street apartment is a superb large 2 double bedroom property in this excellent city centre location just minutes walk to all the attractions that Stirling boasts. Although right in the heart of the City, Princes St itself is a quiet cul-de-sac.
Internally the apartment has a spacious lounge with a double sofa bed which can if you wish sleep a further 2 people. In addition to the storage heating, warmth is also provided by an electric log stove. The facilities also include a TV, DVD player and stereo.
The apartment boasts a recently refurbished fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, electric oven with ceramic hob and fridge freezer. However if you would prefer to dine out you shall find all of Stirling's eating establishments just a short stroll away.
The bathroom is tastefully decorated with a bath and an electric power shower, providing hot water on demand.
Both bedrooms are very generous in size and have double beds, with plenty of space for storage.
The property also has a very handy sun terrace / drying area for you to enjoy those long summer evenings.
On street parking available. Parking tickets are required during working hours and on a Saturday. Free parking in the evenings and all day on a Sunday.

It is only minutes walk to all the attractions within the historic City - the magnificent Castle and rich Scottish heritage centre, the Old City Jail, the Tollbooth, a modern shopping centre, small quaint arcades and several supermarkets. The historical Bannockburn Heritage Centre is only a 20 minute walk from the city centre and there is also a good selection of both modern and traditional pubs and restaurants in the area. Nick Nairns famous cookery school is also a mere 30 minute drive away in nearby Port of Menteith. Our properties are in a perfect location to base yourself to travel to the rest of central Scotland. Edinburgh and Glasgow are both under 30 miles away and can be reached easily by train or by car.
